Two seasoned burger patties topped with American cheese and prepared Warm Crab Dip, served on a Martin's Big Marty’s bun with your favorite burger accoutrements. What more could you want in a summer meal?
Prepare Warm Crab Dip.
Combine beef, Worcestershire sauce, and mustard powder in medium mixing bowl and mix with hands.
Form into 8 very thin 4 1/2-inch-wide patties and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add 4 patties and cook until browned, about 2 minutes. Flip and top each patty with slice of cheese. Cook until cheese starts to melt, about 1 minute.
Transfer to large plate and tent with foil. Add remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil and repeat with remaining patties and cheese.
Serve with two patties on each Big Marty’s Roll, topped with lettuce, tomato, pickles, crab dip, and green onion.

2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1 Teaspoon Mustard Powder

2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
